Ben Arends

Ben Arends advises and supports clients on a wide range of corporate law matters. His focus lies on the purchase and sale of businesses, governance, restructurings, and financing and securities. Additionally, Ben Arends is regularly appointed by the East Brabant District Court as a trustee or administrator in insolvency proceedings.

Ben Arends is also a lecturer and trainer at the training institute Lindenhaeghe.
