Robbert Roeffen

Robbert Roeffen specializes in insolvency law and corporate law, with a focus on restructurings, the Dutch Scheme (WHOA), shareholder disputes, inquiry proceedings, and directors’ liability. Robbert acts as in-house counsel for several large corporations and multiple SMEs. With over 25 years of experience as a trustee and strong financial acumen, he provides entrepreneurs with valuable advice, helping them avoid the many pitfalls of the legal system.
