Tamara de Leeuw-Jansen
Tamara specializes in employment law and civil procedural law. She has extensive experience advising and supporting entrepreneurs, as well as litigating before district courts and courts of appeal.
In the field of employment law, Tamara assists entrepreneurs with matters such as reintegration cases, collective or individual dismissal issues, and disputes concerning special clauses, such as training cost agreements, non-solicitation clauses, or non-compete clauses.
In her corporate law practice, Tamara frequently advises entrepreneurs in cases involving liability and damages. This includes situations such as breaches of contract, failed business acquisitions, or unlawful conduct.
Tamara is ambitious, determined, analytically strong, and solution-oriented. Her goal is always to work with the client to achieve the most appropriate solution. Sometimes this involves reaching a quick, practical settlement, but if necessary, she will litigate. Tamara is not afraid to go to great lengths during proceedings to secure the best possible outcome for her clients.
Tamara is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the Association of Young Litigation Lawyers (VJP). Additionally, she holds volunteer positions at sports clubs and serves on the parent committee of a daycare center.
